cornerstone

I feel like I haven’t posted in forever and a day..

College = real fun.

Surprisingly (not that surprisingly because its college and you’re supposed to do cool things in college) I’ve had the opportunity to do some pretty awesome things so far. Primarily through my Cornerstone class, I’ve gotten to listen to a panel of illegal immigrants speak about their “journey to America,” I’ve heard a speech by Ralph Nader, had the oppurtunity to hear Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie speak, went to the Holocaust and American History museums (for like the 200th time each) and even listen to and speak with a panel of former homeless people in D.C.

This is definitely the right school for me.
